As a postdoctoral clinician, my goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where clients can build resilience and self-confidence as they navigate life’s challenges. My therapeutic approach is integrative, utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to meet each client’s unique needs.

With a focus on empowerment, psychoeducation, and practical tools, I work with individuals and couples on a range of concerns, including anxiety-related disorders, OCD, women’s mental health, depression, trauma, chronic illness, relationship distress, and life transitions. My clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings includes work with Veterans, as well as training in psycho-oncology and community mental health, which informs my dedication to holistic and personalized care.

I am committed to fostering an inclusive environment where clients feel validated, supported, and empowered to live in line with their goals and values
