I aim to create a supportive, collaborative, and accepting space to help you become more effective in navigating your life experiences and relationships.

My approach is integrative, drawing upon psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapies, and emotionally focused therapy. I hope to foster healing and lasting personal growth through increasing insight and providing tailored tools to each client.

I honor and appreciate the diversity of individuals’ identities and backgrounds and strive to cultivate a safe environment for you to feel heard and understood.

​

I work with individuals and couples addressing concerns including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship distress, and women’s health.

Training:

I completed my doctoral degree at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University and my bachelor's degree in psychology at Harvard University. I've trained at several clinics, including New York Harbor Health, Manhattan Campus, NYU Langone Health Steven A. Cohen Military Family Center, Montefiore Medical Center, NYU Langone Child Study Center, and The Max and Celia Parnes Clinic. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, Gottman Method for Couples, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders: Components of Care, and Perinatal Loss: Clinical and Supportive Care.
